7TH GRADE RELIGION
Religion is a very important part of St. Constance School. It is our mission as a Catholic School to help our students understand and use the Gospel values of love, forgiveness, honesty, compassion, and service.
The textbook that we are using is BLEST ARE WE (The Story of Jesus).
This year your seventh grader will be learning a variety of things. Most importantly they will be taking a closer look at the life and times of Jesus and many of His followers. While doing this, it is my hope, that your child will come to have a better understanding of their faith and how God is working in their lives.
The children will continue to learn the importance of prayer both formal and informal. They will learn more about the lives of the Saints and Devotions to our Mother Mary. They will be encouraged to practice self-control in their daily lives. Through prayer, Scripture, and discussion, your child will be given the tools necessary to become a happy and successful person. May the Holy Spirit guide us in this journey.
